Finzels Reach Marketing Suite

Finzels Reach is a major new mixed development in the centre of Bristol. With over 300,000 sq ft of office space, 87,000 sq ft of retail and 400 high specification apartments, the marketing of the accommodation was central to the financial success of the project. Developer Capita Symonds had worked with Rovacabin on previous projects, so approached the company to discuss their requirements.

 

At a meeting with the client’s architects, an outline design was agreed. A two-storey building would incorporate a sales suite and offices on the ground floor with a show flat on the first floor. The front of the building would feature an impressive double height entrance area with a feature steel and timber staircase. The specification included top quality finishes, air-conditioning, sophisticated audio-visual facilities and a lift.

 

The building was constructed in ten large modular sections, factory built in just two weeks. They were delivered to site and installed in a single day, carefully timed to comply with city centre access restrictions and cause minimum disruption to the busy streets around the site. Final fitting out, decoration and external cladding was completed in a further two weeks. The entire process was project managed by Rovacabin, working closely with the developer’s site team.
